Session pricing includes $50 booking fee due up front.
Standard
$400
Your Standard Session begins with style guidance and option of 2 outfits, location of choice, and 1 hour of shoot time. This session allows for up to 2 people, and 2 horses. Includes 10 fully edited, high resolution images. See additional fees below.
Deluxe
$1000
The Deluxe Session includes everything in the Standard, plus an extra hour of shoot time. You will have access to my client wardrobe and more detailed styling by me. This includes a minimum of 12 high resolution digital images, and $400 print credit.

Mini Sessions

Mini Sessions are only available for clients within my 50 mile radius. Includes 30 minutes of shoot time, one outfit, one person, one horse, and location of choice. Includes 5 fully edited, high resolution images, with option to purchase more.

FAQ
What Can I expect at a shoot?
My goal is for you and your horse to remain comfortable and relaxed for your shoot. I recommend being completely ready by our scheduled time so that you do not feel rushed getting yourself or your horse cleaned up. I will scout out the location once I arrive and look for best lighting. We will take our time and I will guide you along the way, however, I do not aspire to overly posed positions.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Southern Oregon near Grants Pass, and I do travel! Travel fees do apply depending on location. See current fee schedule. If you are outside of Oregon, please contact me to discuss travel costs.
When will we get our photos?
Turnaround time for edited digital images is 2-3 weeks. If you need your photos faster, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. Please see current fee schedule for rush fee. If you order prints or a flash drive, I will send you tracking information for your shipments.
How Can I prepare my horse?
Groom your horse as you would if you were going to a show, or in a way that makes them look their best. Please be sure to feed them before the shoot and give them access to water so that they are not "performing on an empty stomach". If your horse is notoriously frisky, or has been stalled all day, you can give them a light lunge, but do not overwork them so that they get sweaty. Just remember to relax! They feed off your energy, so just keep things as easy going as possible.
Terms & Conditions
Booking fees are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable, but may be transferred if you need to reschedule your session. Travel fees are due up front and are also non-refundable. Cancelations made within 48 hours will receive a partial refund, less booking and travel fees if they apply. Remaining balance for your complete invoice is due at the time of your session. I do offer payment plans for a select few, but invoices must still be paid in full by the time of the booking. I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Checks or PayPal. PayPal payments will be subject to a 5% fee due to their fees they charge me.
If you are not happy with your final images, a one-time re-edit will be offered. Additional edits or requests beyond what is delivered will be subject to an hourly rate at $35/hour. I like to send a sample image for preview before processing the entire gallery, so you have an opportunity to ask for minor adjustments. Ultimately, I will assume you hired my services because you have looked through my portfolio and like my editing style. If requests go beyond the style I offer, they may not be granted. However, I do always do my best to provide you with images you love. Please be sure to communicate any and all wishes beforehand, so I can do my best to meet your expectations. No refunds will be offered after the final download gallery has been delivered.
Due to the inherent risks of working with horses, Pale Blue Dot LLC and all its partners and/or assistants reserve the right to end a session at any time due to safety reasons. Depending on the circumstance, a rebooking may be offered, but not guaranteed. Pale Blue Dot LLC and all its partners and/or assistants do not tolerate harassment, hate speech or disrespect, and reserves the right to not release images or issue a refund due to such behavior.
